IV. Main production processes and technical requirements
Product manufacturing consists mainly of the following processes:
A: sampling inspection of all raw and auxiliary materials
B: construction environment control: the ambient temperature should be controlled within 15~30℃ and the relative humidity should not be more than 70. When the temperature is less than the appropriate temperature, heating measures should be taken to avoid affecting the production and quality of the product
C: mold processing
FRP ventilation duct mold should be flat and keep dry, brushing release agent should be uniform;
D: ingredients
E: lining: the lining layer is the main corrosion resistant layer of the product, there should be no bubble affecting the quality of the product and other intuitive defects, the lining layer after the completion of the use of far-infrared baking plate for heating solidification;
F: the reinforcement layer, the winding layer can not break yarn, so as not to affect the strength of the product, layer by layer compaction, after the completion of the production of the use of far infrared wire baking plate for heating solidification;
H: outer protective layer: as the key layer of pipeline to prevent external environmental erosion and anti-aging effect of pipeline, design resin should be strictly used to ensure resin content and design thickness, and no visual defects such as bubbles and dry spots should be allowed;
G: dressing: should be strictly in accordance with the design size.
After the product is finished, heat treatment is carried out, and then solidified at room temperature.
