1. Principal: Industrial water softener for water treatment
When raw water with rigid ion passing resin in the exchanging cylinder, Ca2+,Mg2+ in water is exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in resin, wiping off Ca2+,Mg2+ and carbonate or non carbonate rigidity, is called softened water. The resin must be regenerated after absorbing some Ca2+,Mg2+, regeneration is washing resin layer using brine in salt box. Na+ in salt water exchange the rigid ion of resin into water, then discharged with regeneration liquid off the cylinder, recovering exchanging capacity, and continuously softening water.
Industrial water softener allows water equipment (boiler, radiators, water heaters, solar, etc.) will never scale, congestion and make it has a longer life. Put an end to security risks and equipment loss. Bathroom facilities(Glass shower room, mirror, bathtub, toilet, etc) use soft water, it will no more difficult to clean up the white stains and rust spots.In life we can save a lot of energy and trouble, and lady commonly used soft water bath have a good cosmetic effect.

B , salt system
Salt tank should be resistant to corrosion of sodium chloride or take anti-corrosion measures.
The salt tank shall be capped, and its effective volume shall be within the specified concentration range of the salt solution, meet at least one regeneration dosage of a sodium ion exchanger, and facilitate the operation of adding salt.
The salt tank must have a good filter device with a salt separator inside. Under the normal condition of adding salt, the concentration of salt solution under the salt separator should reach saturation even.
The salt-liquid system shall be provided with an air check valve, which can effectively avoid air entering the resin layer in the exchanger after the regenerated liquid is sucked.

The controller should be able to work normally in the range MPa working pressure of 0.2 MPa ~0.6, and the liquid phase transposition should be accurate and without leakage and channeling.
Using a controller with a voltage of more than 36 V, the dielectric strength of the insulation of its live circuit to the controller housing shall be able to withstand V voltage of 1500 AC for 5 min without breakdown or flicker; the insulation resistance of its live circuit to the controller housing shall not be less than 5 MΩ. The controller housing must have good grounding protection.
